Features:
1) High temperature
2) Standard under-glaze color
3) Temperature: 1180 - 1300oC
4) Stable color effects
5) Particle ratio:
a) ≥10micron (min.)
b) 8 - 10micron
c) 20%
d) ≤8micron
e) About 80%
6) Usage:
a) Can simply be stirred with water and then used straight away,
with the glaze being zinc free (except for encapsulated colors)
b) About 60% water can be added and then stirred
c) Can also be ball milled, with mill time being 1 - 2 hours, and
passing mesh size of 320; after which some BF-NJV and
BFNJC-1 are added along with more water; after passing mesh
size 250, the viscosity is adjusted before use
d) Do not mill too long, as this will destroy the particle size ratio,
and lead to the defects of weak color strength and color tone
difference
